Our Metal Fabrication department is equipped to handle your chassis or other sheet metal fabricated part needs.

Our Powder Coating line can offer several highly durable finishes with a high variety of textures and colors.

Our electronic Printed Circuit Board (PCB) processing services range from the most complex to the very basic requirements covering the latest, state-of-the-art SMT, through-hole, and combined technologies for all your printed circuit board subassembly needs.

Our Wire & Cable assembly services are capable of meeting your design specifications as a completed assembly or an integral part of your finished product.

Our Final Assembly area can provide functional testing and calibration services to your specifications.

Sencore owns a wide variety of makes and models of test equipment and instrumentation for your testing needs. These include:

Custom test boxes/processes for functional PC board testing or final product test/calibration can also be created/developed utilizing our fully staffed Test Engineering Department.

A Calibration system, that complies with MIL-STD-45662, is in place with traceability directly to NIST through several internally maintained electrical measurement standards. These services can be utilized for any testing needs of the product Sencore produces for you or for the calibration of your own test equipment.

With our Design engineering capabilities we can provide design assistance for complex circuitry, mechanical chassis/enclosures, CAD layouts, packaging and much more.

Obtaining a quotation from SMS for your product/assembly is a very simple process:

1. Call SMS and explain your needs.

2. Send the required information to SMS.

3. The SMS Contract Manufacturing Coordinator will work with you to verify the information and prepare a quotation for you to review.

Information Requirements for SMS to Prepare a Quotation:

Ideally, SMS requires the following information to prepare an accurate quotation. However, if some of the information is difficult to obtain, contact SMS to see if we can be of any assistance. This list will vary with the specific project requested and is not necessarily all inclusive.

• Customer company name, contact name, location and phone number.

• Description of product.

• Type of job to be requested. (Consignment, turnkey, or combination.)

• Complete Bill Of Materials including part descriptions and schematic references. (If a turnkey job, will also need parts manufacturer name and part number.)

• Indication of which parts to be supplied by Customer if partial turnkey.

• Schematics and legends for all PC boards or other electrical/electronic assemblies.

• Assembly drawing(s).

• Print(s) for fabricated parts.

• Estimated annual volume.

• Expected lot sizes for prototypes and/or production.

• First expected customer need date and/or projected start date.

• Sample part/assembly (if available).

• For CAD quotes only: Completed PCB Design Checklist. (Available upon request.)
