This filter kit contains one each of a red, blue and green filter. The filters are used for video calibration. For example, the easiest and most accurate method of adjusting color and tint controls is to view the SMPTE color bar pattern through a blue filter. A blue filter allows you to see only the blue light in the SMPTE Bar pattern, which allows you to properly adjust the Color and Tint user controls.
